Hayley was born and raised in the Hudson Valley and is a long-time resident of Newburgh, New York.  She previously held positions in the hospitality industry, where she cultivated her passion for customer service.

Hayley adores learning new skill sets and is very excited to grow and flourish with this wonderful opportunity with Thayer Leadership.  In her spare time, she loves being with her family, friends, and a wonderful boyfriend. Her other two loves in her life are her adorable cats.
