Charles (Chuck) Lynch comes to the Thayer team with over 10 years of teaching experience in higher education as well as 7 years in pre-k through 12^th grade education and a passion for the education field. Chuck has three degrees in education and is pursuing a fourth; Chuck is working towards his doctorate in education and professional practice as an avid learner of the education field to continue to hone his skills. 

As a former Instructional Technology Specialist, with a degree in the same, Chuck brings a diverse background of education and skills to create and manage online and in-person courses with a passion for creating content that is baked in educational theory for all students to learn to the best of their abilities. 

Chuck was raised in the Hudson valley. He and his soon-to-be wife and their dog, (a beagle), enjoy living in the Hudson valley and all that it has to offer. From biking on the rail trail to hiking, seeing movies, and playing at local game stores, Chuck has many interests that keep his mind and body active in his spare time.
