Allison joins TLDG as Marketing Director with 10+ years of consumer brand/product management experience at world-wide Fortune 500 companies such as Energizer, Amazon, Starbucks, and NUK-USA. She graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with an M.B.A. in Marketing and a double minor in Finance and Management, as well as a B.S. in Marketing and International Studies.
Allison received leadership awards for NUK’s Most Valuable Player in 2015, Starbucks Coffee Master Certification in 2012, and Playtex Infant Care Lean In Award in 2008. She has been past Chair of the Board for the Lancer Soldier and Family Fund and a member of Toastmasters International.
During her spare time, Allison relaxes with Pilates and ballet classes and is an avid outdoor enthusiast, enjoying archery, camping, hiking and running.
