Experience:

Jami graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1992 and has spent over 28 years serving in the U.S. Army. Her military experiences span both command and staff positions from the tactical to strategic levels. She was among the first cohort of women to fly armed and attack helicopters and during her military career has led aviation operations in the U.S., the Pacific and the Middle East. As a senior officer, she served as an interagency operations director, as well as a coordinator and policy officer focused on Counterterrorism and U.S. national security policy in the African area of operations. Jami has served as the Commanding General for all Army Reserve aviation forces and is currently assigned in the Army Reserve as the geographic commander for the southeastern United States and U.S. Caribbean territories as the 81st Readiness Division Commanding General.

In the private sector, Jami has advised on corporate strategy development and organizational change. She served as an executive and senior advisor to multiple societal enhancement ventures and has served on advisory and development boards for U.S. unmanned aircraft policy and manned/ unmanned airspace integration. Jami is currently a board member for a drone and advanced manufacturing corporation.
