Experience
Dave has over 29 years of leadership experience. He served in leadership roles in the U.S. Army and a Fortune 50 company where he gravitated to and excelled in leading several global matrixed teams. As a sales-leader he also garnered numerous awards for sales performance and achieving top national sales team honors. 

Scholarly Work/Publications/Awards 
Dave’s interests center on leader and leadership development as a lever to establish productive work environments that deliver sustainable business results. He had several leadership roles in a Fortune 50 company’s global leadership development and talent function where he worked with all levels of leaders from first line managers to executives. His team’s work was prominently featured in winning Hewitt’s “Best Companies for Leaders” recognition and Training Magazine’s Company of the Year Award for two consecutive years. Dave led the corporate initiative to measure and increase employee engagement resulting in significant year over year improvements. 

Dave has studied and worked with many leadership development thought leaders to transfer and integrate their work into everyday leader practices and to deliver improved business results. He has presented at Harvard Business School Publishing Partners meetings and several regional meetings of human resource and learning professionals on leadership development, learning strategy, and learning measurement.
