Brenda Besteiro
(Marist College)
Client Relations Director

Brenda Besteiro came to TLDG from the world of corporate fitness where she worked for 5 years with companies like Morgan Stanley and Atlas Air.  While working as a fitness specialist, she created, developed, and implemented programs that engaged employees and held them accountable to proper health and wellness.  This led to better productivity in their professional as well as personal lives.  Brenda also worked closely with Human Resources departments to create and implement company-wide initiatives for better health, wellness, and fitness to all employees.

After leaving the corporate world Brenda began her own health and wellness business in which she served her clientele as a certified personal trainer and integrative nutrition specialist.  She also built relationships, worked closely with, and consulted for non-profit organizations that aided the mentally and physically disabled.  Brenda developed programs to improve group dynamic, create purposeful activity, and provide health and wellness plans to these special populations.  Brenda made the transition to TLDG in March 2016 and began her career as an Observer-Controller for the company.

A native New Yorker, Brenda lives near West Point with her husband and two kids.  In her spare time, she is a group fitness instructor who teaches a wide range of formats to all ages and loves every minute of it.  Brenda often says she’s living the dream!
