Introducing THAYER Magazine - Your Ultimate Resource to Learn, Inspire, and Lead in Today's World
Thursday, October 10, 2019

Learn.  Inspire.  Lead.

We are proud to share our inaugural issue of THAYER magazine with you. This beautiful magazine is an all-access guide to understanding and developing leadership and highlights the inspirational and profoundly historical landscape of West Point in New York. It is the result of a lot of hard work from our team at Thayer Leader Development Group and our publisher Hawthorn Creative, and ten years of developing leaders of characters with our valued clients.

At Thayer, we specialize in transformative experiences that give tangible tools to leaders on how to lead with character, inspire, and effectively navigate complexity. We hope that resonates from the case studies found in the magazine. THAYER magazine includes articles written by distinguished faculty about building better leaders, overcoming adversity, approaching uncertainty, and creating stronger organic teams. It is rich with exemplary leaders of character, West Point history, and real tools for real leaders.

As a leader in your own organization, we hope you discover great value and important leadership lessons in this very first volume. Use it as you develop your talent. Use it as a sustainment tool. Use it as inspiration.

Special thanks to our advertisers and friends in this inaugural issue: Academy Securities, APi Group, Inc., Cardinal Glass Industries, Deloitte, EMCOR Group, Inc., Folded Flag Foundation, J3 Global, Lord Abbett, MT Newswires, PenFed Credit Union, Pratt & Whitney, Structure Tone, Synchrony, Tech Data, and 7-Eleven.

Download the magazine here and please share your feedback with us using the hashtag #ThayerMag. Pass the magazine to a colleague or friend who might also benefit. We strive to be the premier leadership institute in the world and cannot do that without our clients’ trust. Thank you for welcoming Thayer into your personal and professional leadership journey.
