Superior leadership principles, values, and ethics

A unique opportunity to have a fully immersive, exclusive, and interactive experience with role models who have demonstrated superior leadership skills in highly challenging and ever-changing situations leading teams and individuals in extraordinary circumstances. The faculty, all inspirational leaders of character, will lead and facilitate discussions and provide mentorship and guidance in small, interactive experiential sessions, which reflect the leadership principles, values, and ethics from the Army and West Point.

The faculty will bring theory to life and demonstrate meaningful connections between military leadership, and leadership in the corporate, governments, and non-profit sectors. Participants will actively hone these concepts and apply the skills through experiential activities, while simultaneously expanding their professional network.

We recently held a combination business meeting and training session with TLDG. It was a perfect complement to our strategic plan for 2013 to include the leadership training from TLDG into crafting our 2013 business execution plan. Leaders Building Leaders

Lieutenant General Frank Kearney
(USA, Retired, USMA 1976)

General Kearney is a 1976 graduate (BS) of the United States Military Academy and a 1985 graduate (MEd) of the University of South Carolina. He is a graduate of the US Army Command and General Staff College as well as the United States Army War College. He has served in operational and command assignments at every level with combat tours in Grenada, Panama, Bosnia, Iraq and Afghanistan. General Kearney’s most recent assignments at the strategic and operational level focused on Special Operations and Counter-Terrorism. He planned and participated in the opening campaigns of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan and Operation Iraqi Freedom in Iraq and commanded all Theater Special Operations forces in the middle-east including OIF and OEF from March 2005 to June 2007. General Kearney also served as the Deputy Combatant Commander for United States Special Operations Command (SOCOM) from 2007-2010 and insured that the 62.000 operators of this command were properly trained and equipped for their global special operation’s missions. General Kearney oversaw the SOCOM requirements process, the execution of a 9 billion dollar budget and led the SOCOM Quadrennial Defense Review (QDR) team for the 2010 QDR.

Brigadier General Maureen LeBoeuf, Ed.D.
(USA, Retired, St. Bonaventure 1976)

Maureen was born and raised in Olean, New York. She graduated from St. Bonaventure University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education in 1976 and received a direct commission as Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army. Maureen holds a Masters and Doctorate of Education, Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Georgia; an Executive Diploma in Strategic Leadership, US Army War College; and an Executive Diploma in Management and Leadership, U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.

Spaces are guaranteed once deposit has been received and your application have been reviewed. The final payment is due by November 25. Cancellation Policy:

Deposits are non-refundable after November 25. Deposits may be transferred to another individual for the same program prior to December 2. If full payment has been received, but no replacement can attend this program, the deposit will be forfeited; and the balance can be applied to another open enrollment program during the same calendar year. In the unlikely event TLDG reschedules the program, participants will receive their deposit and/or their full payments.
