A letter from Rick Minicozzi, Chief Executive Officer of the Thayer Leader Development Group
Monday, November 24, 2014

I am extremely excited to share with you that the Thayer Leader Development Group at West Point (TLDG) has recently been highlighted by 21st Century Television with host Jackie Bales. This was part of their Next Generation Leadership Development and Training story and TLDG provided added perspective for their Business Process Improvement Series. Former Superintendent of West Point, Lieutenant General (USA, Retired) Buster Hagenbeck along with CEO of Mercedes Benz USA, Steve Cannon and Dr. Karen Kuhla, Executive Director of Education for TLDG, provide insight to how TLDG and the leadership principles
taught at West Point are impacting leaders in corporations. The show has now run on both Fox Financial
and Bloomberg Television.

The TLDG staff and faculty are very energized about the celebration of our four year anniversary. We have had the great fortune to train over 13,000 executives from 135 different companies coming to West Point from 35 countries around the world. We are humbled by the laudatory feedback we receive from the participants in our leader development programs.

We are privileged to be the executive leader development company at West Point and to conduct our events at the beautiful Historic Thayer Hotel at West Point.

I invite you to consider TLDG and The Historic Thayer Hotel at West Point for your next meeting or leader development initiative.

Thank you for following us along our journey and please don't hesitate to contact me if I can be helpful to you in any way.

Thayer + YOU
