TLDG Welcomes Emma Svoboda, Business Development Consultant

Emma Svoboda resides in West Point, New York. She has been the spouse of an active duty Army officer and West Point graduate for the past 15 years. She is an active member of the West Point community and served on the Executive Board of the West Point Women’s Club (WPWC). Emma organized seven special programs for up to 200 women during her tenure. Currently, Emma also serves as a Committee Member for the West Point Schools PTO.

Her professional experience includes working with law firms, companies, and non-profits as a paralegal, recruiter, program manager, and social worker for 13 years in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.

Emma earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Davidson College in Davidson, North Carolina, then went on to earn a Master of Social Work from The Catholic University of America/National Catholic School of Social Work in Washington, D.C.

Outside interests include reading and establishing book clubs, spinning and exercising. Most recently, Emma participated in the 40 mile Avon Walk for Breast Cancer to raise funds for breast cancer research programs. Emma, her husband and three children frequently sojourn to New York City to enjoy plays, museums and restaurants.
