TLDG hosts leadership programs in the unsurpassed venue of the luxurious and historic Thayer Hotel at West Point, which an unsurpassed venue for executive education. A National Registered Landmark Hotel, the Thayer has been brought back to the luxurious standards of an earlier era while also reflecting the luxuries of the 21st century. The main gathering rooms and public spaces have experienced significant enhancements and restoration. The Thayer has also upgraded its functionality in core offerings, such as meeting space, advanced technologies for both public areas and guest rooms, and superior food and beverage selections.
In addition to a glamorous main dining area that has been restored to the standards of The Thayer’s historic past, the hotel is expanding its in-season al-fresco offerings and converting the majestic front-lobby into an active guest sanctuary with beverage service and rotating art exhibits. Participants will experience the purist of leadership environments in the state-of-the-art education rooms. The TLDG faculty will engage your team in the President Dwight D. Eisenhower and President Ulysses S. Grant training rooms complete with 6500 lumen projection system and complimented with 100 inch HD film screen and superior THX surround sound. Wireless microphone system, Lutron mood lighting controls, and automatic solar shade systems help create the perfect learning environment to inspire leaders. Video conferencing capability allows you to bring outside guests into your session to participate and/or observe. You will have 24-hour access to the training room and full support of the service staff to meet all of your needs.
The Thayer Hotel recognizes the important part nourishment plays in the success of your program. You will be treated to three fabulous meals a day with continuous break service throughout the day. At the Thayer, they don’t keep track of what you consume….have as much as you like.
